1,000 then a 2,000 then 3,000 then a 2,000 then finally 1,000 my caves hurt.
Ran to sunnyside did 10 full field strides then 2 800s today i got in 4.5 miles my caves felt tight.
went to woods cross and ran a tri meet 3.1
ran a mile then a mile speed changes then ran up to sunnyside and back around 3.5 all together
Race up at Utah State. 2 mile warm up then the race then 2 mile cool down
ran 5.75 easy miles
