then a mile cool down
2 warm up miles
1 miles speed changes
2 miles of speed 6: 50 and 6;30
then a 1.5 cool down
ran the murray course 3.1 miles then jogged and picked up flags got around 5 miles
ran 1 mile warm up then 1 miles speed changes then mile cool down
race at murry park
just took it easy and jogged for 45 minutes
